Course Summary
To connect with nature and themselves, we encourage all those who visit Sol Haven as part of our eco-therapy programme, to express their thoughts using a variety of creative techniques using what the earth provides such as, wood, grass or clay to make a series of art works and sculptures.
We take inspiration from and work within the local landscape to create interesting structures and patterns that can help promote a sense of mindfulness. Overall, the creative therapy masterpieces became part of our Zen Garden where people can sit and meditate.
