Our eco-therapy project is focused on providing a farm to plate experience with food grown, harvested and cooked on site. The drive is to reconnect people with the rural history and to engage in a working farm environment while developing skills that empowers individuals to develop self-confidence while connecting with mother earth.
We provide a 6 – 12 week programmes, that involves activities with the land and undertaking projects to aid and help others. This leads to an increase in the health and wellbeing of the participant as well as, their loved ones. We always support our participants to work towards training and employment because we believe in their future.
