Information
Daniel combines Shamanic methods and aromatherapy and sound techniques to enhance the connection with the inner self of participants and put them in a deeper level of relaxation and concentration.
The Fundamentals Workshop will be performed in an intimate, 6 people group, to assure confidentiality, safety and full connection and personal attention of the instructor to all attendees.
Activities
Breathing / Meditation / Ice bath
The program involves an introduction to power breathing techniques, drumming meditation and an ice bath in a safe environment.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. We advise against the participation of children under 16yo, during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the power breath work & cold therapy.

What to bring?
Equipment: Swimwear, flip flops and a towel. We provide everything else.
Food: A vegan treat will be provided post the ice bath along with a hot drink. Mineral water is also provided.
