Sol Haven and The Loving Chef lovingly invite you to our monthly vegan themed dinner evening to be held in the yurt.

Offering an opportunity to learn experience the balance between health and indulgence…Discover the beauty of plant-based sushi…leave your preconceived notions at the door – it’s time to eat, smile.


Natasha is an  Michelin trained Chef who also trained at the Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne in Switzerland, widely renowned as the best hotel management school in the world.

She has developed a passion for Vegan, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free food that nourishes our bodies and souls, while moving towards a more sustainable diet for our planet. 

Her food has won many awards including Gold in the Northampton Food and Drink awards.

She has been featured doing food demonstrations @ Vegan Life Live at the  Alexandra Palace in London and the Silverstone Kitchen as well as a guest on local BBC Northampton  Radio and Nlive talk shows talking on wellbeing and vegan cuisine.



Recently had the great fortune to spend a weekend on retreat in Natasha & Samuel's beautiful space at Sol Haven. What an amazingly comfortable and welcoming space, and the wonderful food we were served was just divine! The perfect combination of nourishment for mind, body and soul. Oriental Themed Dinner Party

Oriental inspired plant-based 3-course dinner, all prepared by the amazing Natasha, The Loving Chef – our on-site award winning vegan chef!


We would love to welcome you on this fantastic evening, we are going to incorporate some fun elements too!!

Soft drinks will be served throughout the event.

Doors open at 7 pm to gather around the communal table, food to be served around 7.15 pm



Starters – Sushi rolls, and rice sheet spring rolls with peanut sauce, soya and wasabi, and sweet chilli dips. 


Main course – Sweet and Sour tofu, fried bok choi and spinach, cauliflower rice. Lo mein vermicelli noodles, potstickers filled with tempeh and celery.


Dessert – Mango and ginger ice cream.

I love the beautiful energy of this space and Natasha and Sammuel are very happy to help events run smoothly here, with a certain calmness and love. Natasha is a wonderful, mindful chef and bathes her food and space with love. I always leave feeling more grounded than when I arrived 🙏💜..

We recommend that you arrive at 6.50pm to get settled and ready, 


These events are designed to bey warm and welcoming and encourage people to engage and talk , in a beautiful yurt that feels like something from a fairy tale.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful time at the pop up lunch for his birthday today. I am so glad we decided to do this. The food was simply incredible- it was possibly the best vegan dish I’ve ever had! And the other people we were fortunate enough to meet & dine with were lovely & fine company. Such a cool concept & I’m thrilled we have found you! Thank you for being so welcoming Natasha & Samuel. We cant wait to return for my birthday in May & to join in with various forthcoming events. ❤️🙏🏻 xx
