Come join our little community for our drum circle and food share gathering.
No experience is needed, this is not a teaching experience just a chance to join together in community to raise our hearts and a few funds for a wonderful project.
The Community Open Permaculture Farm is opening their space to us, providing space in their beautiful yurt, to share our hearts and to just be joyful in sound and after to share the food and conversation that we all bring.
Drumming has been proven to be an excellent tool for creating community. Drum circles not only promote a sense of connection and coordination but also help participants synchronize their efforts, creating a harmonious rhythm that inspires your soul. Drumming also provides an outlet for self-expression, relieving stress, and boosting creativity, which can positively impact problem-solving and creativity.
Activities
Drumming & Singing
Bring your drums (extras if you don’t mind sharing the experience with others who have not got one yet), and a cushion or something to sit on if outside. NO DRUM? bring rattles, shakers, any instruments or just your wonderful self. Perhaps raise your voice in song or just be part of the atmosphere. Let us make a community of support and sharing.
