Enjoy the warm summer days in your garden this month, here’s a few tasks for when you are pottering around…
  • Water fruit and veg plants daily.
  • Pinch out the tips of your runner bean plants once they reach the top of their support.
  • Keep birds and squirrels off your berries with netting or old net curtains.
  • Trim herbs like thyme, mint and basil to give you the last flush of new leaves before autumn arrives.
